■ Live Lobster Packaging

Live lobsters are wrapped in moist paper with ice packs to preserve freshness and are shipped in insulated foam boxes.

■ Package Contents

• Product Information Sheet: Included inside the box with the product, except for certain items.
• Paid Message Card: If requested at the time of order, it will be included inside the box with the product.
• Free Simple Noshi (Decorative gift label): Affixed to the outside of the box.

■ Packaging for Fragile and Set Items

• Fragile Items: Carefully wrapped in air cushions before packing to ensure safe delivery.
• Set Products: Items are shrink-wrapped to prevent movement during transit before final packing.
